It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong.

I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! After a recent quicken update, i lost connections to pnc When i try to add an online service, i am asked to authorize quicken, and i'm sent to what usually is the bank login page. Looks like pnc online added a text code to log in, which quicken accepts but the web connect still fails

Any scuttlebutt on this problem from anyone Yes, the dc login is unique and separate from what is used to log into the online account For some people the ss number is their userid while for others (like me) it is a unique userid that pnc mailed to me when i first opened my accounts at pnc.
